Police??

OK, I admit, I am a "law abiding citizen".  Never been arrested. Really.  But all this new stuff in the news recently really pisses me off.  Yeah, I am none too happy about the realization that the "Secret Service" are trolling Facebook, blogs, etc looking for "suspect" behavior, then hauling innocent people's asses "downtown" for questioning, when all they did was state an opinion on the internet.  So much for freedom of speech.  Or freedom of the press.  Didn't the Nazis start out this way?

You bet your ass they did.  

What really gets to me though, and what really convinces me that we have moved beyond a "free" state and into a Socialist regime, is the recent court ruling that says, in effect, the Cops can do any damn thing they want to you, and you have to roll over and take it.  Anything.  If you resist in any way, if you try to invoke your constitutional rights against false arrest or imprisonment, if you dare (gasp) mention that illegal search and seizure is unconstitutional and try in any to stop the jackbooted thugs from invading your privacy, you can be arrested and convicted of a crime.  Whatever happened to "just cause"? Whatever happened to "reasonable suspicion"?  All out the window, let me assure you.  If  some lazy-assed corrupt cop asks you if it is OK for them to search your car, or your home, or whatever,  you had damned well better say yes, or they can arrest you for obstruction.  Of course, failure to agree makes you look suspicious, so they search anyway.  If you agree, you get searched because you agree.  Get it?  Due process, gone.  Rights?  Gone.  Hell, they don't even have to catch you speeding anymore.  They just set up computers and cameras, then send your ass a ticket in the mail.   Nevermind if you were the driver or not.

So much for your rights.  The Nazi.... I mean Socialist... I mean Liberal... no I mean all of the preceding...Government, and their Police forces, have all the power, all the rights, and you have none.  Get used to it Kids, it is getting worse every day.  We have to step up and get the Judges off of the bench. Get the Politicians out of office. Get some of these arrogant power happy megalomaniacs to listen to us.

God's honest truth.  You have to do something.  Democrats , Obama fans, this is not what you signed on for, is it?  Republicans, I know this is not what you signed on for.  Libertarians, Independents, now is the time to speak up.  I'm listening.  The world is listening.  If we don't stop this trend immediately, we risk it getting so far we can't stop it.   Speak up.  Write your Editor, your Congressman, your Senator, the president.  Tell them  you are fed up with the empowerment of the Government at the expense of your constitutional rights.

It is not racist to call people Nazis when they are acting like Nazis.  It is a fact.
